Nationwide Delivery:
We offer delivery services throughout the Philippines. Availability may vary depending on your location.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been confirmed.
Shipping Methods:
We partner with reputable third-party logistics providers to ensure secure and timely deliveries. Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout, based on your location and the size or weight of the package.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila Only):

Orders must be placed before 2 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, contact us at customerservice.juangadgetph@gmail.com to request your tracking number or tracking link. You can use this to follow the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the delivery method chosen, and the package weight. Please note: additional taxes, duties, or fees may apply depending on local regulations and are the customer’s responsibility.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Out-of-Delivery-Zone Areas:
For remote areas outside standard delivery zones, customers may need to pick up orders from the nearest courier branch within 5–10 days.

Important Note for COD Orders Above ₱21,000:

Order Confirmation:
After successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your order, including item details, shipping information, and payment confirmation.
Order Modifications
We aim to provide flexibility should you need to update your order. Please review our guidelines for making changes.

Shipping upgrades must be requested before 2 PM

Changes can only be made if the order is still marked as “Pending” or “Processing.” Orders already shipped cannot be modified.
3. Additional Charges:
Any upgrades or changes that result in a price difference must be paid before the modification is processed. Our team will notify you of any fees via email or phone.
4. Requesting a Modification:

Contact our Customer Service team within 30 minutes of placing your order

You’ll receive a confirmation email if the modification is approved
5. Cancelling a Modified Order:
Once a modification is confirmed, cancellations may be subject to different terms. Refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled. Once shipped, our standard return policy will apply.
Currency and Pricing
All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (₱) and may change without prior notice. Final charges may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates or fees from your payment provider.
Taxes and Duties
Depending on your delivery location, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or local fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
